Before I learned about brain differences I thought with enough effort I could fix myself. I spent so much time trying to force my brain to work in ways it wasn't designed to, and always ended up frustrated, overwhelmed, and feeling like a failure.
In order to fight the stigma about ED, we need to talk more about these stereotypes and assumptions.
